Some of our products are handmade in small batches here in Singapore. Others are sourced from trusted makers locally and overseas who share our values for natural materials and low-impact packaging.

2. Are your products organic?
Many of our products are made with certified organic ingredients or materials. We also prioritise natural, plant-based options that are free from unnecessary chemicals.

3. How do I dispose of your packaging?
We avoid single-use plastics wherever possible.

  • Glass bottles – rinse and place in Singapore’s blue recycling bin.

  • Aluminium tins – clean and recycle in the blue bin.

  • Paper tubes and boxes – recycle with paper, unless heavily soiled.

  • Compostable items – home compost if available, otherwise place in general waste.

4. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our products are vegan and none are tested on animals. Check the product description for full details.

5. How do I care for reusable products?
Each product has care tips listed on its page. As a general rule, rinse and dry thoroughly, store in a cool, dry place, and wash gently when needed to extend its lifespan.

6. Do you offer refills?
We currently offer refill options for selected products and are working to expand this. Stay tuned via our blog and social media for updates.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, LIV ships within Singapore. We are exploring regional shipping in the future.

8. What’s your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
